Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Lima Restaurants Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
