Job Summary:

OMAC Martial Arts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging martial arts training programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to students, focusing on technique, safety, and sportsmanship.
  • Assist with the coordination of martial arts events, tournaments, and demonstrations.
  • Plan and lead recreational, fitness, and sports activities for students and staff.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all students and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement new programs and services.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in martial arts instruction or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of martial arts techniques, safety protocols, and instructional methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
