About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at OMAC Martial Arts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Develop and deliver engaging and effective martial arts training sessions
    • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress and technique
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of martial arts events and tournaments
    • Ensure the smooth execution of events and activities
  • Student Support and Development
    • Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their martial arts goals
    • Develop and implement programs to promote student engagement and retention
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and external partners
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in martial arts instruction or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent teaching and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
