We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Dream Pizza & Indian Cuisine. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and managing kitchen operations.

Cuisine Specialties

Our restaurant specializes in East Indian cuisine, and we are looking for someone with experience in this area. If you have a passion for cooking and a background in East Indian cuisine, we would love to hear from you.

Experience

We are looking for someone with 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow with our team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
