Director of People and Culture

We are seeking a seasoned Director of People and Culture to join our team at Thorek/Scott and Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic people initiatives that drive business results and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement change management initiatives that drive business outcomes
  • Provide strategic HR advisory services to the executive team, including HR policy development and implementation
  • Manage and analyze workforce data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in people and culture/HR, preferably in the AEC industry
  • University bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources Management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic people initiatives that drive business results
  • Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive research-backed decision-making
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
