Sales Team Lead

CARE 4 U BEAUTY INC. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to meet our business objectives.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with the latest products.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
