As a Lead Applications Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and nurturing customer relationships under general supervision.
  2. Supporting sales teams to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
  3. Providing expert guidance on the formulation and application of demulsifiers and water clarifiers in the energy sector.
  4. Communicating technical initiatives to our customers' operational teams and management.
  5. Overseeing research projects to strengthen our competitive edge in various energy markets.
Fuel your expertise

To excel in this position, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in product selection for demulsifiers and water clarifiers.
  2. Experience in developing new formulations is preferred.
  3. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting demulsifiers and water clarifiers, tailored to customer specifications.
  4. A comprehensive understanding of oil and gas production processes, including downhole operations, pipelines, and facilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet applications.
  6. A proven track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams.
Desired Attributes
  1. Adept problem solver with strong communication skills.
  2. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  3. Solid understanding of oil and gas production and logistics.
  4. Experience in project management and the ability to advocate for solutions to stakeholders.
