Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the inspection, maintenance, and installation of our services across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external customers and certified technicians to prepare inspection, maintenance, and installation mandates.
  • Plan routes and working schedules while managing unforeseen events.
  • Dispatch routes between technicians to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service to our customers.
  • Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers.
  • Perform customer invoicing and complete required mandate documents.
  • Make quotes for workshop repairs.
  • Take charge of projects and process optimization.
  • Act as support for the branch manager (when applicable).

Requirements

  • DEC in logistics/transport management or operations management.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual.
