We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Crossroads Country Market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper food handling practices.
- Manage inventory by ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Flexibility and initiative in daily tasks.
- Good judgment and organizational skills.
- Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
- Effective time management skills.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Eligible for gratuities.

- Permanent position with a work schedule of 32 hours per week.
