Job Summary

Chucks Roadhouse is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.

Ensure Quality Control

Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and service, ensuring that they meet our high quality control standards.

Manage Budget and Resources

Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and other financial reports, ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction.

Maintain Records and Reports

Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
