Bouchier is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Administrator to join our team supporting the HVAC industry.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate data management within our planning department. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from reviewing work orders to maintaining asset information and assisting with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily work orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process work orders through our Maximo system and ensure seamless data transfer to the McLaren database.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, including model numbers and serial numbers.
  • Contribute to monthly projections by inputting work order data and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Close out work orders daily and maintain organized files.
  • Provide administrative support to planners and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
