Location: CNRL Horizon HVAC
Work Schedule: 7 on/7 off Rotation (Compressed Work Schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify daily work orders for accuracy.
- Print work orders using the Maximo planning system.
- Scan work orders into the McLaren database.
- Update asset information, including model and serial numbers.
- Input work orders into monthly projections and investigate discrepancies.
- Close out work orders on a daily basis.
- Maintain printed Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) stock as needed.
- Assist with documentation for service calls as required.
- Prepare and dispatch material boxes to Main Administration as necessary.
- Perform additional duties to support Bouchier in delivering comprehensive service to clients.
- Conduct daily administrative tasks, including maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Assist Planners and Main Administration as needed.
- Ensure all tasks are completed by established deadlines.
- Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards in all activities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 40-50 WPM with accuracy.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Flexibility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- High efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
