About the Role

Pitts Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
  • Work Type: On the road job.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 50 hours per week.
