Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Moosomin Country Squire Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures for housekeeping services
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal service delivery
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
