Key Responsibilities- Process payroll by calculating and preparing cheques.
- Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation calculations.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Oversee general ledgers and financial statements.
- Post journal entries and prepare various financial reports.
- Compile and submit tax returns.
- Prepare trial balances and reconcile accounts.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools is essential, including:
