Job Summary

At GOLDEN GOOSE BOOKKEEPING AND ADVIOSRY SERVICES INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Post journal entries and prepare other financial reports as required

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
