Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, account postings, and financial statement preparation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
