- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their facility needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility operations and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facility safety and compliance.
- 7-10 years of experience in facilities maintenance and operations management.
- Advanced knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and management principles.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid BC driver's license.
