- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Order necessary food and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and present operational reports as needed.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Possession of basic security clearance is necessary.
- Fast-paced and demanding work atmosphere.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus.
- Extended periods of standing and walking are required.
- Physical stamina is essential for the role.
- Attention to detail is critical for ensuring quality service.
- Strong client focus and service orientation.
