Position Overview

The role of the Culinary Operations Supervisor involves overseeing the daily functions of food service operations within a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
  • Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to established quality standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
Safety and Security
  • Possession of basic security clearance is necessary.
