Job Summary

Spectrum Health Care Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director, Digital Health to lead and manage large and complex multi-stakeholder projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management frameworks and models, with experience working within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Manage project progress, risks, and issues.
    • Coordinate the work of project team members to ensure activities meet or exceed needs and expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Support the leadership team in conducting stakeholder meetings and forums to solicit feedback, input, and expectations.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Delivery
    • Champion a co-design approach to ensure the voices of clients, families, frontline staff, and partners drive projects from conception to completion.
    • Provide regular updates to the leadership and other stakeholders through project reports and presentations.
  • Qualifications and Requirements
    • 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
    • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
    • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
    • Conversant in various tools for project management, project planning, and time tracking.
