About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at JIFFY LUBE. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify faults and malfunctions in automotive systems.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Estimate and Provide Quotes: Accurately estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing clear and transparent quotes to customers.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance services to ensure vehicles are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Test and Adjust Units: Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Complete Reports and Records: Maintain accurate records of problems and work performed, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
