About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at JIFFY LUBE. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Assisting Mechanics: Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear.
  • Tire Repair: Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and reliable vehicle operation.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Service Technician at JIFFY LUBE, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks that require attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Non-smoking environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
