Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at JIFFY LUBE. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal performance and extend the life of our customers' vehicles.
  • Assist Mechanics: Provide support to our experienced mechanics as needed, performing tasks such as greasing booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment.
  • Tire Repair and Maintenance: Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and efficient operation of our customers' vehicles.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance and extend the life of our customers' vehicles.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Service Technician at JIFFY LUBE, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks that require attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
