Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
