Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our kitchen.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and train a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are aware of their duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
