BANH MI SAIGON INC is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Operate machinery: Operate machinery to mix, knead, and bake dough and batters.
- Ensure quality: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Organize inventory: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
The Baker will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a focus on producing high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
