Job Title: Baker

At YAARON KA ADDA, we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Work Environment:

The Baker will work in a food service establishment with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
