Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as retail operations and human resources, to ensure that our pharmacy operations are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Class A Pharmacist license.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
