Key Responsibilities- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their individual needs.
- Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and growth of our children, including activities that stimulate their senses and encourage exploration.
- Lead engaging activities, such as storytelling, singing, and outings, to foster a love of learning and socialization.
- Monitor children's progress and report any concerns to parents or guardians, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to our academy's high standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of early childhood educators and assistants, promoting a positive and supportive team dynamic.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
