At tbk Creative, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with directors, designers, writers, developers, and specialists to implement marketing plans.
  • Produce detailed reports, strategy reviews, and future recommendations for our clients.
  • Regularly review and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve strategy effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and gather insights that inform client strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of recent agency experience
  • 8+ years in marketing execution
  • Demonstrated success in various marketing domains, including digital, traditional media, and social platforms.
  • Post-Secondary education in marketing, digital marketing, business, or communications.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, StackAdapt, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
