Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and fuel attendants to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise and fuel to customers, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and operate a cash register, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
