Gas Station Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Hire and train new employees to meet the needs of the station.
- Order merchandise and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent loss and ensure accuracy.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- 30 to 45 hours per week.
- English language required.
