Gas Station Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, managing cash, and ensuring a smooth operation of the gas station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Hire and train staff, or arrange for their training.
- Order merchandise and supplies as needed.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operation.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervise and manage cash handling and financial transactions.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
