Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bowry Hospitality Development Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to supervise and train staff
