About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bowry Hospitality Development Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen porters.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
