Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Upper Canada Soap & Candle Makers Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our warehouse team, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of our products. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, shipping, and receiving
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Arrange training for staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Compile inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • MS Office skills required
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  • Help with scheduling and workflow to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • More than 20 people supervised
