Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Upper Canada Soap & Candle Makers Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers. This includes overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Arrange training for staff on supply chain management and inventory control
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Compile inventory reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in supply chain management or a related field is an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
