We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at GreenGold Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing construction project budget estimates. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including preparing construction schedules and milestones
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and manage budgets, including direct purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs and risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other construction software
