Position: Payroll Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating the onboarding, modifications, and offboarding processes for salaried personnel.
  • Overseeing employee time tracking, adjustments, and the bi-monthly payroll cycle.
  • Managing payroll for Quebec employees and ensuring accurate union payments.
  • Executing payroll accounting functions, performing reconciliations, and producing detailed reports.
  • Assisting with year-end reporting and compliance procedures.
  • Responding to inquiries from employees and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing support for various payroll-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Possession of a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.
  • Familiarity with Quebec Payroll regulations and Workday software is a plus.
  • Adept at researching payroll compliance matters.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position requires on-site presence.
