The Clinic Director/Physiotherapist is a key leadership role at Lifemark, responsible for driving the success of our clinic. As a seasoned physiotherapist, you will oversee clinical staff, patient services, and lead business development activities to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical staff and patient services to ensure high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive clinic growth and revenue.
  • Mentor and develop clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5+ years clinical experience as a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth and development.
  • Passion for supporting staff through mentorship and education.
