We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Clinic Director to lead our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our clinic, driving growth and expansion initiatives, and overseeing clinical staff and patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion of the clinic.
  • Oversee clinical operations, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
