- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with key suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance purchasing efforts and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to teams on sourcing and purchasing processes.
- Experience: 5+ years in Procurement management, preferably in a large distribution company.
- Education: Diploma/Certification with a post-secondary institution in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a result-driven mindset.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
