Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide consultation services
  • Engage in collaborative team discussions
  • Effectively communicate with all relevant parties
  • Deliver psychological case management insights
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and communication
  • Guide and mentor fellow team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling or clinical psychology
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Return-to-Work scenarios
  • Valid professional registration with NSCCT
  • Ability to implement innovative strategies in client management
  • Experience with chronic pain or post-concussion symptoms is advantageous
