• Conduct thorough assessments and provide consultation services
• Engage in collaborative team meetings
• Effectively communicate with all relevant parties
• Deliver psychological case management insights
• Ensure high-quality reporting and communication
• Guide and mentor fellow team members

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling or clinical psychology
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Return-to-Work programs
• Professional registration with the appropriate regulatory body
• Capability to implement innovative strategies in client care
• Experience with chronic pain management or post-concussion symptoms is advantageous
