We are seeking a highly skilled Data Intelligence Manager to join our team at Yorkville Education Company. As a key member of our Student Recruitment department, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales optimization and data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

As a Data Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing data-based sales strategies to drive student recruitment and retention
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and synthesize reliable data to inform sales optimization initiatives
  • Designing and implementing standardized data entry protocols and procedures to ensure data integrity and quality
  • Presenting data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, data analytics, or sales enablement and optimization
  • Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and presentation, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
