Dining Operations Supervisor

The Restaurant Manager at RIM THANON THAI KITCHEN is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Manage financial transactions, including balancing cash and preparing financial reports
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain and organize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate contracts and arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies
- Lead and instruct team members effectively
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.
Certifications Required- Smart Serve Certification
- Food Safety Certification
Specializing in Thai cuisine.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic
