Position Overview
Our client is in search of dynamic and seasoned Bilingual Insurance Advisors to contribute to their remarkable expansion within the Direct to Consumer Distribution sector. The newest members of the team will assist in managing their Direct, Group, and Affinity portfolios by delivering tailored insurance solutions to both new and existing clients. They are looking for sales-driven and customer-centric individuals who excel in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing customer insurance requirements and providing appropriate insurance solutions
  • Quoting and selling Home and Auto insurance policies
  • Guiding new clients through their Home and Auto insurance inquiries
  • Updating existing clients' policies to accommodate their evolving needs and introducing new products as necessary
  • Enhancing customer retention by delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Underwriting new business, policy modifications, and renewals by gathering essential information from clients for pricing and risk evaluation
  • Keeping abreast of underwriting and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Completion of a College Diploma or University Degree
  • Proven sales and customer service experience (required)
  • OTL or RIBO licensing is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the capability to align products with client needs
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn new software
  • Experience in insurance sales/service or underwriting is a plus
  • Active pursuit of CIP or FCIP designation is advantageous
