About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team at Grand & Toy. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales compensation plans, including incentive programs and bonus structures.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set sales targets and quotas.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement reporting tools to track sales performance and compensation metrics.
  • Partner with finance to ensure accurate and timely compensation payments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other sales compensation software.
