Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Sales & Catering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for general clerical and administrative tasks, including handling client calls, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering Department, including responding to client inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with reporting and updating agreements, and coordinate details with other departments as needed.
- Identify potential business opportunities for the sales manager to pursue, and provide support in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience in a sales office or related field.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hospitality-focused mindset.
- Computer skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
